Genesis Renal Care was founded with the vision of a renal care center that provides both premier medical care and a luxurious, soothing environment, the first of its kind.

Genesis was recognized by U.S. News and World Report in 2014 and 2015 as one of the top three kidney centers in the U.S. Excellence in medical care is standard at Genesis Renal Care, with state of the art hemodialysis treatment and a fully certified staff, including a registered dietitian, licensed social worker, and direction by a Board-Certified Nephrologist.

A calm, quiet ambiance and cutting edge equipment and technology are some of the ways in which paramount comfort is provided at Genesis Renal Care. Amenities include free wifi, chairs equipped with massage and heat options, and individual TVs with Direct TV and premium channels. Genesis’ sleek, soothing décor and architecture received the Design Merit Award of the Commercial – Large Projects Category from the American Institute of Architects Brooklyn + Queens Design Awards 2016 Competition.

    Leadership

    Meet Dr. Alla Goldberg

    Dr. Alla Goldberg is the medical director at Genesis Dialysis Center. She received her undergraduate degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and her medical degree from New York Institute of Technology - College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Goldberg completed internship and residency training at NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens in 2008. She subsequently completed her fellowship in Nephrology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens in 2010. Dr. Goldberg is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology.

    Dr. Goldberg is actively involved in educational instruction to medical students, residents, and fellows at NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens. She is also engaged in clinical research and has published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals.
